We want you to have a great experience with Havenly Foods. Since our products are perishable, our return and replacement rules are slightly different from non-food items.

πŸ“Œ Eligibility for Replacement

We only offer replacements (no returns or refunds) if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or broken

  • The product is expired or near expiry

  • The wrong product was delivered

To qualify, you must:

  • Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of:

    • The affected product

    • The outer box

    • The shipping label

If approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement of the same item.

⚠️ No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without proper proof of damage

  • Sale items, gift cards, or combo packs

  • Items damaged after delivery due to handling or storage

If a return is requested (only in special approved cases), the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • Shipped only after we provide a return label

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
